I had an amazing experience at Mazda of Port Charlotte! I purchased my 2023 AMG C43 from them, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The staff was extremely nice, professional, and supportive throughout everything. I came in with a co-signer who doesn’t speak much English, and they even provided a translator to make sure we fully understood every step. That meant a lot to us and showed how much they care about their customers. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and stress-free. I never felt pressured, and they made the whole buying experience enjoyable. They should have an option for now than five stars this place is amazing worked tirelessly to get me into a car that I'm extremely happy with at a price I could afford. Tim was my salesman and even came in on his day off to pick us up to fill out the paperwork shaving sales guy and Steve in finance was great and efficient in paperwork and I am now the proof owner of a very nice car. OMG! This is the best place ever to buy a car. Samuel our sales man was amazing. Not your typical car salesman or dealership. They are kind, patient and respectful. No crazy sales tactics and after I purchased my beautiful car. The whole dealership congratulated me.
