How It Works

Use our quick form right here or below before your referral’s first contact with us.

2. They Buy

Your referral purchases and funds a new or pre-owned retail vehicle from Mazda of Port Charlotte.

You Get $200

We’ll send your $200 reward within 14 business days of the customer’s delivery.

Eligibility

  • Online form only — earliest valid submission wins if multiple people claim the same buyer.
  • Referral must be new to Sales within 36 months (service-only customers are eligible).
  • Referrer and referral cannot live in the same household; no self-referrals or co-buyers.
  • One $200 reward per sold VIN. Unlimited referrals welcome.
  • Employees, vendors, and household members are not eligible.
  • If total rewards reach $600+ in a year, a Form 1099 may be issued.
  • Program may change or end without notice.
  • Void where prohibited.
  • Consent not required to buy. Msg/data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.

Short Terms & Conditions

  • Submission: Must be submitted through the official online form before the referred customer’s first contact with dealership staff. No retroactive claims.
  • Validity: Referral forms remain valid for 120 days. After that, please resubmit.
  • Retail Sales Only: Applies to retail sales only — excludes fleet, wholesale, brokered deals, exports, or any transaction restricted by law or OEM policy.
  • No Agent Activity: Referrers may introduce only — not negotiate pricing, financing, or F&I products on behalf of the dealership.
  • Payout Timing: Referral payments are issued within 14 business days of delivery once the deal is funded and finalized.
