Sir I didn't purchase a Mazda warranty you sold me another brand. This just showed me he never looked at my stuff to even try and cancel it. These financial guys only get paid if you keep the warranty for 60 days. Well we are are getting close to the mark so he can get paid. He then told me he would call me two days later to confirm the warranty was canceled. Well that never happened. These warranties are prorated so every day you have it the less you get refunded and if it goes past 30 and 60 days the refund is alot less. I am very unhappy and would like a full refund as I called and tried to cancel the warranty 3 days after I purchased the vehicle. They stressed to me during my visit that they are a new dealership and they are really trying to make a good name for themselves, but this is not how you do it. Very disappointed. Once they make there sale your as good as dead to them.

Stopped in on a two day trip saw the vehicle that I’ve been looking for. Went back. The next day test drove bought and traded salesman. Tim was excellent no pressure very easy. I bought a lot of cars over my life and that was one of the easiest transactions ever.

Had the best car buying experience at Mazda of Port Charlotte this year end of July. I was very happy with the ease of negotiations with my trade in vehicle, and truly felt I got a great deal on my new 2024 Mazda CX-5 purchase. I’d like to thank Sales Manager Eric, Salesman Eli, and Dave in Finance for helping it go so smoothly. Had a terrible experience at a local Bradenton Mazda dealer more than once, and made the drive down to PC. Glad I did, and will be back for hopefully another. Beautiful all new facility/ showroom is a plus as well.

My wife and I called the Dealership and talked to Richard Walsh and what a nice experience. Unlike most car salesmen, especially one we were mistreated by this other Mazda dealer, Richard made the experience picture perfect in personality, professionalism, and empathy and he is a great member of the Dealership representing them in the highest manner. After securing our purchase, we met with Norma in finance, and again very professional, with personality and empathy representing the company. People like these are what make a company. Once again back to Mazda of Port Charlotte for my new Miata ! Great expierence with Rich in sales and Norma in finance. Thanks to Phil the GM for factory ordering my new car. I want to add a 2nd review but google allows only 1 so just adding by editing, the employees and caring at Mazda of Port Charlotte is so good 3 days later I bought another Mazda a 2025 CX-5 Premium Plus. Just traded in my 2024 Mazda 3 Premium for a 2025 Mazda CX-5 Premium Plus. Great experience, matter of fact just 3 days ago I traded in my 2022 Mazda MX-5 RF GT for a 2024 Mazda MX-5 RF GT as shown on the beginning of thevreview. Great dealership, great employees. It is great to have a wonderfull honest Mazda dealership in Port Charlotte, I met the owner a while back when they first opened and can truly say he cares about the area and customers, If you want a new or used Mazda ask for salesperson Richard Walsh as he and everyone else was fantastic and today for my CX-5 want thank Richard, Ron (manager), Dave (finance) and for my MX-5 want to thank Richard, Phil (general manager), Norma (finance) and of course the owner Andrew. Great people. So if you are shopping for a new Mazda then Mazda of Port Charlotte is there for you, they also have used Mazdas as well as my 2 low miles trade ins are waiting for you.
